In case of manufacturing defects:
If you believe that you have received the incorrect item or are facing any issues such as bad fitting, damage during shipment, or manufacturing defects, you can send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 4 days of receiving the product, so we can resolve the issue immediately.
While sending us an email, please attach the necessary pictures and videos that may describe your issue better. This will help speed the process up.
Once our Customer Experience Team has investigated and confirmed the same, they will help you with a replacement.
WE HAVE NO RETURN/REFUND POLICY
If only the product has some manufacturing defect it can be exchanged.
Also, return/exchange on damaged goods is not acceptable.
Items on sale involve no return/exchange policy.

At ‘The Future Stop’, we create Trading Journal products for you chosen especially by you and so they are very dear to us. Since they are exactly what you want, we create these from scratch. This is the very reason that they cannot be exchanged or returned.
Products ordered may have a variation in color due to the visual display of the screen.
We do not entertain order refund & cancellation requests.
