How to place my order? 

To place an order on our website, please follow the following steps: 

1) With options as vast as the ocean, you will first have to pick what you love. 

2) Once you’ve made a choice, add it to your cart. 

3) After you’re done selecting our products, click on the cart icon. This will lead to a list of the selected products, where you can have a second look. 

4) Once you’ve confirmed what to order, click on “check out". You can place your order by logging into your account or by signing in as a guest. 

5) Confirm your shipping address, select the payment method, place the order, and sit back and relax. 

How do I get a confirmation on the order I’ve placed? 

Once the order has been placed, you will be receiving an email and an SMS update with a confirmation of the selected products. 

Another email and a text update shall be sent to you along with the tracking number, once the order has been shipped out. 

Checking the status of my order? 

  1. Click on the Track button on the bottom right corner
  2. Enter your AWB Number
  3. Submit

What are the supported payment methods? 

THE FUTURE STOP currently supports the following payment methods: 

  1. Debit Card
  2. Credit Card
  3. Net Banking
  4. UPI

What is the price for the shipping? 

For prepaid orders, there are no shipping charges. 

Note: For products on discounts, the shipping charge is subject to change. 

What if my order doesn’t get delivered? 

Our courier partner will make three attempts to get your delivery to you. If he cannot deliver the product, then a refund shall be credited to your bank account. This can be redeemed the next time you place an order with us. 

How long will it take for my order to be delivered? 

An order placed will be delivered within 4-5 business days. This timeline is subject to change due to both external or internal factors.
